The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has asked the Federal High Court in Abuja to dismiss a ₦10 billion privacy suit filed by Nollywood actor and House of Representatives aspirant, Emeka Ike, insisting that the national register of voters is a public document whose contents can lawfully be displayed and published in accordance with the Electoral Act 2026.
