EDPB Finalises Guidelines on GDPR and Blockchain

Following its public consultation in Q2 2025, the European Data Protection Board (EDPB) has now published its finalised Guidelines on the processing of personal data through blockchain technologies. In short, very few changes have been made to the draft guidelines published in April 2025. Read more.
