Louisiana Enacts Comprehensive Consumer Privacy Law

Louisiana recently enacted Senate Bill 386, the Louisiana Data Privacy Act (“LDPA”), becoming the 22nd U.S. state to adopt a comprehensive consumer data privacy law.
