Ride-hailing app fined €100m for storing personal data on Russian servers

Dutch regulators have slapped a €100 million fine on the operator of ride-hailing app Yango, which has Russian roots, for allegedly storing sensitive customer and driver data on servers in Russia, where authorities said it could be accessed by the state. Read more.
