Hungary: NAIH fines company HUF 80M for unlawful processing.
The National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (‘NAIH’) in its decision in Case No. NAIH-5802-9/2022, has fined an unnamed company HUF 80,000,000 (approx. €195,010), for violations of Articles 5(1)(a) and (b), 6(1), 12(1), and 14 of the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) (‘GDPR’)
