Join the Class Action Against Meta for Privacy Violations in Nigeria

In 2023, our NGO submitted a petition to the NDPC regarding multiple privacy violations. Following a thorough investigation, the NDPC determined that Meta has infringed upon the privacy and data protection rights of over 60 million Nigerians.
As a result of these findings, our NGO intends to initiate a class action against Meta to seek redress for these widespread violations of privacy.
