Chile Orders World to Erase Biometric Data of Teenager
The Supreme Court of Chile has ordered World to erase all records of the biometric data of a 17-year-old teenager. According to the court, several constitutional rights were violated by World’s iris-scanning activities. The data must be deleted within 30 days of this decision. Read more.
