Turkey: Competition Authority imposes €18,690 on Meta Platform, Meta Platforms Ireland, and WhatsApp for abusing dominant position

The Competition Authority published, on 26 October 2022, its decision numbered 21-02/25-M, in which it decided that Meta Platforms, Inc. (formerly Facebook Inc.), Meta Platforms Ireland Limited (formerly Facebook Ireland Limited), and WhatsApp LLC together had violated Article 6 of the Law on the Protection of Competition No. 4054.
